Official Company Logos & use of trademarks and artwork
The Shubhayan Industries Incorporated trademarks and artwork are valuable business assets and these guidelines are intended to protect them. In consideration of Shubhayan Industries permitting you to use the Shubhayan Industries trademarks and artwork, you agree to comply with the guidelines described herein. Shubhayan Industries gives you permission to use its trademarks and artwork only as a reference to us, it may not be used as a reference to or by third parties and may not be altered in any way. Any reproduction should have the highest production value, maintaining the correct proportions and using electronic or photographic artwork and not use these trademarks and artwork in any activity, which might in any way hurt the Shubhayan Industries reputation. Should Shubhayan Industries ask you to stop using these marks or to change that use in any way, you agree to comply with that request.
Members of the Press are encouraged to download and given permission herein to reproduce and print the Shubhayan Industries Incorporated trademarks and artwork in articles, clips, documentaries, press releases and publications in reference to any of the Shubhayan Industries Incorporated companies
namely, Ma Sharda School of Music, Pushan Kenya Limited, Shubhayan Entertainment and Shubhayan IT and Corporate Services.
These guidelines and your use of the Shubhayan Industries logos and/or Shubhayan Industries trademarks and artwork do not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Shubhayan Industries. This is the only agreement between you and Shubhayan Industries concerning the Shubhayan Industries logos and Shubhayan Industries trademarks and artwork, and it may not be changed except by a signed written agreement.
If you have any questions or any proposed use that is not covered by these guidelines, please contact the Shubhayan Industries Marketing Department. Shubhayan Industries may change these guidelines at any time without prior notice, and may for any reason whatsoever withdraw this permission. By using the Shubhayan Industries logos and/or trademarks and artwork, you acknowledge the rights of Shubhayan Industries in its logos and trademarks and artwork, that you have read and understood these guidelines, and that you agree to comply with these guidelines in using the Shubhayan Industries logos and Shubhayan Industries trademarks.
